Handling Damaged or Faulty Equipment

If you receive a defective item or one that isn’t functioning as advertised, do not hesitate to reach out. We take responsibility for damages occurring during manufacturing or shipping. For faster processing of replacements or refunds, attach photos showing issues like missing components, surface flaws, or malfunctioning parts. Please take clear, flat-surface shots where tags or defects are visible. Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement—often without requiring you to return the faulty product. These images also help us enhance quality control.

Important: Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes damages caused by accidents, mishandling, normal aging, sun fading, or after-market modifications. Requests made after 14 days from delivery might not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Missing Shipment or Delivery Delays
